Sick of Tech Problems?

Big box stores and other IT guys might fix today’s break, but they aren't stopping the dozen new ones created by their so-called "solution". And they are only looking at one problem, not stepping back to optimize and prevent future headaches.

Big Business wants you to keep buying new machines, new licenses, new add ons because it is more money in their pocket. Society encourages more and more new features that pile up like junk in a garage where you just end up tripping over all of it.

The truth is, it doesn’t have to be this way. I get to the root cause - I strip away everything that doesn’t serve you, put barriers in place to stop unnecessary features, update attacks, and legal spyware that cause chaos. I am not swayed by big names, labels and endorsements - my vision is to share with you my proprietary system and expertise to give you a personalized, lasting and easy to use computer system.

Fix It Once, Not Rinse and RepeatI solve root problems instead of charging you over and over for the same issue.

Professional, Not Pretentious – I show up on time, treat you with respect, and explain things in plain English.

Independent & Honest – Just straight advice on what works and what doesn’t.

In-Home Service – No lugging your PC across town or waiting weeks to get it back.

Cost Savings – From inflated cable bills to overpriced printers, I’ll cut costs that most people don’t even realize they’re paying

Who Will Be Helping You

Jared Brandolph

Jared studied Information Science and Cybercrime at the University of Pittsburgh. He spent 3 years helping law faculty and students with day-to-day computer issues, followed by 4 years in computer security for Fortune 500 companies, protecting their systems from real-world hacks.

Along the way, he realized something important: most people aren’t “bad with technology.” They are just overwhelmed by constant updates breaking their system and new features confusing them. What people really want is simple: a computer that works when they need it and keeps their information safe. With that “aha” moment, he set out to help people with his own solution.

When he is not untangling tech problems, you can find Jared animal watching at the Zoo, SeaWorld, or maybe even the Embarcadero.
